resources for how to craft a partnership
Hey all.
I am working on some deals... just the seeds... but I might be getting an intro to an experienced flipper with resources. $, contractors etc... I have some capital, but am excited to work with this person, and access his knowledge and resources...
I would love to hear about some thoughts/ resources on how to craft partnerships.... what to look out for.... ways to craft things... thanks!
