Illinois Debt Downgrade - Bad for Real Estate Values?

Moody's and S&P just downgraded Illinois' bonds to one step above junk. Some other states are close to similar situations. What are members' thoughts on the additional risks for investors (e.g. potentially higher tax rates)?
