Buying and Selling Real Estate

I have several questions because I come across this a lot, assets with no where to send them and get paid. Obviously, it will and has been stated that I should get a license. I don't have one right now is the fact that I have to deal with. However, I do have an llc. I do respect the general consensus about wholesaling and practicing real estate without a license.... So:

1) Can a RE investor contract a company to introduce them to buyers/ sellers of real estate for a flat fee?

2) When property lists are freely sent over to me with no binding commitments, can I redistribute them to others at a flat fee for the service of sharing information that I have?

3) How does one go about cherrying picking packages, and puchasing several without having to pay fees, etc., on each, creating 1 package at 1 purchase price?
