Mandatory Repair when Selling

I patched a quarter-sized hole in my shower 3 yrs ago. Then, I covered it with a "Command" hook that I hung a razor on. Problem solved!

Now, we are selling. Is it possible to fix it professionally? Will I need to replace the shower? I could ignore it, but the buyer would not know there is a hole under the command hook.
