FHA 100 mile rule flexibility
Has anyone had any experience in obtaining a second FHA loan when relocating? I currently have an FHA loan but we are looking to move to another city. It'll be about 80 miles from the current residence. Is the 100 mile FHA rule flexible at all? 80 miles is not a reasonable commute.
