I just finished listening to Norada Real Estate Investments' @Marco Santarelli discuss out-of-state investing at the Think Realty conference in Baltimore.  I've read a lot of Marco's posts on BiggerPockets about Memphis and other turnkey markets, but seeing him in person was even more impressive.  He really knows his stuff!
