Find who purchased a property (b4 deed is posted online)?

Hi everyone.  There was a triplex that I was interested in purchasing but it was put under contract before being able to check it out.  Surprisingly, the building sold for much lower than I expected and I am interested in possibly purchasing it from the new owner.

Since the property just sold, I haven't seen the recorded deed online to reach out to the new owner.  Anyone have ideas on how to find out who bought it without contacting the Listing Agent?

@Justin Milligan

Have you actually tried calling the county assessor's office to get the info?
