Newbie Interested in out of state duplexes and triplexes rentals

Hello everyone..

I have been listening to BiggerPockets podcast and reading many posts here for the past couple months and have learned a lot of valuable information from all of you. Thank You!!!. For first timers like me, I really appreciate that there is a place where I can learn as I go from all of your posts. I have not purchased my first property yet, had one under contract but backed out after inspection :(   I have been interested in multifamily properties and there are just not many out there. I am interested in cash flow rentals and was wondering if there are any turnkey provider companies that offer multi-family properties (duplex/triplex/fourplex) that would be interested in working together or can direct me otherwise.
