is being a realtor in a big city like san antonio hard?

im moving from a decent city in the north east and plan on moving to a large city like san antonio.

i know some of the biggest and best agents in the world live in the san antonio/ austin area, so they are my compeititon.... is there still enough for me to eat coming into the area new?

Any job is tough if you dont have knowledge, experience and a strong drive to succeed. There is plenty of business for anyone who is willing to work hard and put in the time. That is the same for investors, wholesalers or whatever business that you are getting into. 

ps SA is the 7th largest city in the US
