Akron Ohio and Legacy Street

Hi All! I'm curious if anyone has any experience On Akron Ohio, or any knowledge they'd like to share? Looking into a turnkey company called Legacy Street, and like their philosophy and their properties, from what I have seen. They houses between $40k-$50k and then rent out for like $700-900 it seems. I have not heard of that company but those numbers are inline with many C-Class neighborhoods in greater North East Ohio area.

My advice is to make sure that the company is a licensed brokerage & also tour the city to ensure that what you in full understanding of the look and feel of a C-Class neighborhood.
