Hello everyone, So pleased to be part of this group of helpful people. Anyways I just got pre-approved for a fha loan that can go up to 300k. Looking to house hack a duplex/triplex/4 unit home. Looking for a good deal in a relatively safe area. Keep in mind I plan on living there.
