experiences with hubzu?

hey BP. I'm just curious to know the experience you have had with hubzu. i won an auction on hubzu on 6-21-17. on 6-23-17 they requested POF. I emailed them POF same day and they emailed on 6-26-17 saying they sent the bank the offer an awaiting approval. so its been 3 weeks and still no answer. does it usually take this long? or is something going on? thanks in advance my fellow bigger pocketers
