reputable turnkey company's in ohio that are not cash only buys

any good turn key company's in Ohio? I've been looking at ohio cashflow. as they at least from what I've seen are pretty reputable. but.. They only accept cash buys me and my honey are saving around 5k a month busting our buts I hit college and quit my job but my go bill is coming in so that 100 percent replaced what I make so all 4 years of my college we will be saving this much. And while I can buy a property from them every year at that rate. I would much rather buy 3 or 4 propertys and then work on paying them off after school is over and moving down there. are there any reputable turn key company's that do the traditional financing route? if really love to go faster then one a year. I wish were I lived now was a proper market any feed back is amazing! I love bigger pockets!

U can always pay cash if you like the property then simply refi at your leisure.. what they call the BRRR method... that many think was just invented the last few years but in fact was how TURN KEY was sold prior to 08 melt down.
