Advise for a beginner
I've been working for about a year and I've saved 20k and am very eager to begin investing into a propery. But my boss thinks I should keep working and keep saving and a deal will come along. I just think I'll be missing out on money if spend more time with only one source of income. When it could've been spent with 2 sources (my job and my rental property). What are your thoughts?
