Anyone have any advice on a first rental property in Fort Myers. Looking for an A or B area with concrete/block construction. Priced between 800,000 to 4 million. Can anyone describe some good areas in Fort Myers to achieve these goals?

Don't go in as such a lightweight. Spend at least 50M and I can show you some stuff here in Naples:)

Seriously--800K-4M?  What are your plans? What is your exit strategy? You could be several decent properties and have cash flow. Properties in that price range 800K-4M won't generally pay for themselves.
