Hello, I am a newbie investor meaning that I have read and listened and researched tons on real estate but I haven't auctioned anything. I'm currently leaning towards buying a property from a turnkey investor. Due to my current career (military) my time is pretty scarce. Any suggestions? Recommendations? Thanks for your help.
