How to get funding to buy old house?
Hi
I have been member of this forum and want to take a jump on buying my first property to fix and rent. I'm looking for funds other than home loans (more than 30days, not sure if they fund old house), I was looking for other lenders.
What options I have? Experts please share your views, thoughts & ideas.
