South Atlanta and the Beltline-my next market I think?

Hi there!

I have done ten deals in Florida and am now looking at adding some deals in the City of South Atlanta. I drove around yesterday and while there is a ways to go, I think with the belt line accessibility it has some great potential. Anyone working in this area have any insights? I do BRRRR, will do flips if the deal is right but prefer long term in this market.
