Closing the deal on a Cabin!

Hey BP!

I put an offer in on a Cabin in Gatlinburg Tennessee this week and it was accepted. It is a V/R that is fully furnished and I just had the inspection and some of the appliances and furniture are in poor condition. Can I ask for an allowance to replace these items?  Any advice on the matter would be much appreciated.

Congrats!  Of course you should ask for allowances. A buddy of mine found a cabin they loved but needed some foundation work. They asked for and came off $30,000 to take on the risk. Always ask - you make your money when you buy.

I am putting in an offer on one this weekend too.
