New too BP (been listening to podcast for a while though). Active duty military. Looking to invest in real estate starting with single family with the goal of eventually have long multi family. Wife is a real estate agent in Jacksonville NC. Hoping to start here (where she know the market and near a military base with a good market for rentals) and near Atlanta (where my family lives and can help manage while small).
