Turnkey Syndications. Would you invest?
I dont know if i want to cry or laugh out loud. Seems Mr Wallenius on a recent podcast raised $1,000,000 to do just that. Legal and accounting fees and Syndicator fees on top of paying RETAIL for everything..............all i can say is WOW.
Could this mean the top of the market is here. The signal as Phil Pusjeotovsky would say!
