Uptick in foreclosures from hurricane Harvey????
What's everyone's opinion on the Houston foreclosure market coming in the near months? I could see lots of folks with limited equity and no flood insurance on their house walking away from the mortgage before spending the tens of thousands of dollars to fix flood damage. Any good ideas on how to get between the banks and the market??
