Highest price paid for SFR that cash flows?

Just wanted to see most expensive homes people have purchased that actually cash flow? I am talking about purchase price not current value. Please share your numbers and location also!

@Nick C.

It highly depends on your definition of cash flow.

I have a friend who decided to rent his primary residence after relocating for work. He paid $300,000 and was able to make about $100 per month renting it out. However, he only counted the expenses as PITI and the PM. Still, he was able to keep the place consistently rented for 3 years before selling and had no major repairs, so he thought it was successful.
