What process should I do in order to transfer a paid personal piece of property into an LLC? I have a house paid for and rented out but I need to move it into an LLC. Advice and comments appreciated!

I would definitely double check the popular ‘just quit claim deed it to LLC’ idea with a lawyer. I read from Garret Sutton’s book that you lose the coverage of your original title insurance if you do QCD. He suggests to do a normal grant deed to your LLC.
