Strategies for making MLS offers weekly

Hey Everyone,

Any suggestions on Strategies to put in place where I can use a good realtor relationship I already have with making offers on the MLS weekly? I know some people offer on expired listings, while some do like 90-120 days on the market. Any suggestions where to start with this and what tasks I should give the realtor? looking to implement an extra strategy for leads.

Feel free to leave strategies that you are using in your markets that are working and what is not working.
