What New Jersey Title Company Do You Use?

I know that New Jersey is the one state that is bifurcated in the sense that half of the state uses attorneys for closings and the other half uses title companies.  Specifically, I'm looking at Essex County and Union County.

Any help would be really appreciated!

Thanks so much!

Hi Will

We use Freedom Title out of Voorhees, NJ.  They are fully equipped to handle all northern New Jersey closings as well.  Here is their website, ask for Dan Mackie.
