I’m having a hard time figuring out what and how to pick my target areas and how to market to them. I live on Long Island New York and am looking to send out yellow letters and bandit signs. I need help please and suggestions. Lower level Income. Nice area Bad one Areas closer to me High wanted but hard to lower the price areas. Idk.
