What is landlord friendliness to you, what's the point?
Hi!
What is landlord friendliness to you (definition and examples)? And what's the point? Consider a new investor who buys in a "landlord friendly" state, but is so inexperienced that he/she doesn't know where to start when problems with tenants occur. What's the point of landlord friendliness, if the landlord doesn't know what it means?

@Ingrid J., if a tenant becomes a problem, they can be kicked out easily, and sued for what's owed, right?
