How serious are these foundation issues (photos included)

I'd love to get thoughts on how serious people think the below foundation issues are.  I imagine this would be a fairly expensive problem for a contractor to fix.  I am getting a contractor in to look tomorrow, but always appreciate thoughts from the BP community.

I am not an expert in this matter but I have had a foundation issue on a property I purchased.

Looks like you may need to address the foundation's footings. I had to get new footings poured as well.

As for the sill plate, I had a few of mine replaced also, I don't think this was that big of a deal for the contractor to do. The old sill plates were rotting away.

As for your floor joists, I don't have any experience there.

I hired a structural engineer to examine and design a repair. Cost about $850 for the engineer report, it was very helpful. They make a blueprint of your basement and design a repair plan for your contractor to follow.

Cost about $11,000 for the repair.
