Cleveland contractors and property management

Hi all, I have been investing in Indianapolis and Cleveland and am planning to expand my investments in Cleveland. I'm mainly interested in SFH's in the western neighborhoods. I am still looking to establish a good team on the ground, enabling to do fix ups (making properties rent ready; and potentially flips going forward), while being remote (I live abroad) and visiting Cleveland once every few months. I would love to hear your recommendations, mainly for contractors, as well as additional professionals folks here would recommend. I will be in Cleveland this week (Monday through Thursday), looking to meet people who I can work with going forward and to look for an additional investment property.
