Wondering if anyone out there has ever heard of Albert Carmoney Jr?  This is how he responded to the ad I ran looking for an investor partner.

Hello Investor,

My name is Mr. Albert Carmoney Jr . I'm a private Local Lender. I can fund you with the requested amount at 6% interest rate for a maximum time duration of 20 years. Funding occurs within 2-3 working days after documentation is completed.

Minimum Financing: $20,000.00 USD

Maximum Financing: $34,000,000.00 USD

I've scoured the internet and cannot find anything on him.  There is a linkedin profile but says nothing about investment or lending!

Very true.  Not only are they scammers, but now they have some form of contact info of yours and can spam you to do death.

There are more than 2 ways to fund deals.  It's shouldn't be Mr Car money or Gold Whatever and that's it.

Speaking of Mr Car Money - if you break down the name of your town - it's Me No Monie.  LOL
