When cold calling potential sellers, what’s the best voicemail script to leave? I don’t want to leave too much, just enough to get them to call me back.

Hi Cindy, if no answer, instead of leaving a voicemail why not send a text telling the seller that you are interested in speaking to them about their property at (address), list the benefits of your strategy, then ask them to call or text you back if they are interested, regards (your name)
