Buying first rental property in the US but live outside the US.
I currently live outside the USA however would like to buy my first rental property back in the US. My questions are: Can I do this? Can I do this as a first time homebuyer? What things should I look out for/ be careful about when doing so? Appreciate any help on this matter. Thanks!
