Potiental deal - London, Ontario
I am looking for some creative financing option or joint venture partner ideas. In March 2017, I went into a deal with a partner to purchase a new build in London, Ontario. The building will be ready in the second week of December. Unfortunately, my partner wants out, and I am kinda stuck with the closing with low credit score to do the closing on my own. I am here seeking the BP community ideas and suggestions of what to do as the closing is coming so fast. I am willing to look at every option such as assigning the property to another investor or taking on another partner who can close. The value has gone up since the purchase at least 20%.
