Personally I haven't. They are usually in pretty rough neighborhoods and the mandated work plan makes the numbers fail to make sense. Neighborhoods change from block to block here too and so unless you know the area it can be tricky. If you're looking to invest here I'd be happy to help you since I've lived here most of my life and I've been an investor in the area for about five years.
