Our First Offer Ever!
Not really a question, but my husband and I just put our first offer in on a duplex! It’s a smart offer (thank you, calculators) that probably won’t be accepted on the first go around. But, we’ve taken our first jump into becoming full-fledged real estate investors. Here goes nothing!
