Long Term Buy/Hold: How to find the right investor
How do you find investors who have a long term buy/hold strategy on SFR's. There is a beautiful property in Capitola, CA about a 5 min. walk to the ocean. Current owners want to sell and leaseback and/or offer creative financing options. Can you give me the sources for finding these types of investors.
