Wholesaling in Arizona
For all the investors in Arizona, how is the market doing? Im expanding my horizons and I'm doing some research to see how hot the market is. Can anyone give me any details as to how we're doing out there? Which areas to find deals, which areas to stay away from, etc?

We got deals out here. Inventory on the MLS is light, making it a seller's market and driving values. Industry activity as well as proposed and current development projects look to keep us in a strong state.
I would call Phoenix a healthy place to invest.
