Can anyone refer an investment friendly Real Estate Agent for New Jersey, specifically Northern part of New Jersey? I am looking at buy and hold properties and potentially flipping properties if the numbers work? I need someone who can give me ARV, and specific areas to target. I am looking at Essex, Passaic, Bergen and sorrounding northern counties.
