Business line of credit
When trying to obtain financing for an investment property , can I use my business line of credit for a down payment on a mortgage ? Also if a seller is looking to hold a 15% note on a property , how do I structure that with a bank. I can’t find a bank willing to do more than a 3% sellers concession .
