Anyone have much luck when trying to wholesale a bank owned property from an auction website?

You’d need to double close, and you’d need to be qualified to accept the loan even if you have no plan to hold it.

You won’t need insurances, etc because ultimately you’re not closing.

I’ve engaged in this transaction before.
