Best form to use when making an offer, should it be a LOI or some
For those of you who make a lot of house offers, what form do you recommend? For example, you receive a lead, look at the house and want to submit an offer to the seller to get the negotiation started. Assuming their is no real estate agent involved what form do you use? Should I just submit it on a simple letter of intent or handle it differently?
