I am a new investor, I already acquired a heloc and I am ready for my first flip. I am looking for a mentor/ partner to help me through the process.

@Josh Seiler Welcome to BP!!! Reach out to your local REIA's. Build some rapport with local flippers, vet and look to partner on your first deal or two. Also look in the market place for the people who have the deals as they can potentially put you in touch with investors to partner with in your local market. Vet, Vet and Vet some more. Trust but verify!!! All the best to you. Always remember to persist and you will WIN!!!

Thank you Shawn.i will look into a local reia. i appricate you taking the time to welcome me and for the advise.
