What I've learned so far.....
Location .. Location Location. its true! I bought a beautiful home to flip. put additional 10k into it(it was all it needed) I thought i would be a quick flip, but took a year to sell. everyone loved it...but.. the neighbors were to close, the street was to busy or they could hear traffic from a distance. ??? the market here is picky! LOL... I FINALLY SOLD THAT POS!
