Do real estate agents often refer clients to property managers?
I know a lot of realtors like to focus solely on selling and aren't interesting in managing properties themselves.
Do realtors refer clients to property managers?
And if so are they getting paid referral fees? Do these referral fees make up a significant portion of their income?
