Insurance and lending on commercial property

Whats up BP, Ive recently grown outside of my Bay Area market to start adding rentals in Texas (about an hour North of Austin) to my holdings. I already picked up a 4plex out there and am pleased with how the numbers work. As Ive been looking more in the area I came across an 8 plex that meets my criteria. Im currently in contract on it. This is my first commercial property purchase. Just wanted to reach out here and see if anyone had any advice on the following; 1. Insurance agent / company that you recommend 2. Commercial lender in Texas 3. Any advice you feel inclined to share Thanks for reading. Anything shared is much appreciated.
