Best way to find land contract and lease option deals.

Hello my name is Cornelius Mosby. I have been investing in real estate since June of 2015. I have one 3 unit in Chicago that I am looking to sell for more capital. How do I find land contract deals or deals where I don't need capital. Thank you.
