Australian investor looking for finance on a $60k single family
Hey, as above I'm an Aussie investor. I have a couple of townhouses in Atlanta and am looking to either refinance them or access funds without refinancing to purchase a $60k Georgia property. I've tried a couple of lenders but they have a minimum purchase price of over $100k in order to be able to lend to foreign nationals. I have identified a $60k property with an anticipated rent of $800pm that I am looking to purchase.
Can anyone help? I have no loans on the 2 properties I own.
