Hi Folks.  I'm looking to do my first wholesale deal, and I've never had a realtor email reply on behalf of the owner and request an offer. 

The house is not even on the market.

Is this normal? 

What should I do??

There will be no deal for you here.....agent will be looking for a fair price and proof of Your ability to really buy, as they should.
