Wholesaler- Realtor Agreement
Hello,
Im looking for a contract to use between myself and a Realtor. I have an agreement signed already with the Realtor but she will need a contract from me as well. We are agreeing to split profits 50/50 not including her broker's portion. I hope I have included all needed information to get her one asap because I have referred a seller to her and don't want to miss out because of a quick fix. Thank you all!
